EXPRESS

With DHL Express, your order will usually be delivered within one working day. We ship Express orders from Monday to Friday. No orders are dispatched on Saturdays and bank holidays.

Customs and Import Regulations

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, import duties such as import VAT and, where applicable, customs duties may apply. These charges are collected by the relevant authorities in your country and are not included in the purchase price.

To ensure your order is processed as smoothly as possible, we take care of completing all the necessary customs documents in advance.

Import VAT is usually calculated on the value of the goods, including delivery costs, and is based on the tax rate applicable in your country. Whether additional customs duties are payable, and if so, how much, depends on the type of goods ordered and your country's import regulations.

Delivery times

Within business hours, your order will be processed on the same day. Delivery times within Germany are generally 1-3 days. Orders are shipped on weekdays (Monday to Friday) only; no orders are dispatched on bank holidays. Should we unexpectedly experience longer delivery times, we will inform you immediately.
