>> How can I order?
If you are a new customer and have not yet placed an order with us, you must first register with us. Either right away or when you place your first order.

You will find the "Registration" button in the upper area above the shopping cart.

>> Which payment methods are available?
We aim to make shopping at the Logoshirt shop as comfortable and secure as possible. Our online shop therefore offers a range of payment methods:

>> What are the delivery times and costs?
Your order will normally be processed on the same day if received during business hours. The delivery time within Germany is 1-3 days. Our logistics partner is DHL International GmbH or Deutsche Post.
National delivery costs:
For all payment methods, with the exception of cash on delivery, delivery costs up to an order value of € 9.00 are € 1.55 and, from an order value of € 9.01, € 2.90. For order values of € 40.00 or more, no delivery costs will be charged. If payment is made by cash on delivery, an additional COD fee of € 3.60 will be charged together with a delivery fee of € 2.00. >> Details

>> Can I change my order afterwards?
As long as your order is being processed, you can of course still change it. You can easily make the changes yourself via My Account or you can contact our customer services on +49 (0)201-56006-15 (Monday - Friday from 9.00 am – 5.00 pm), or simply send us an >> E-mail

Unfortunately, we cannot change orders that have already been shipped. Please therefore check your order before sending it, to ensure all the details are correct.

>> How can I exercise my right of cancellation?
In the event that you do not like the ordered articles, you can of course cancel your order within 14 days after receipt of the goods (legal right of cancellation). Please use the enclosed return sticker for this purpose and fill in the return slip for faster processing. To comply with the deadline, you simply need to return the product prior to this date to the following address:

>> Is there a catalogue with your shirts?
Unfortunately not, because this would never be up to date due to our wide range of articles, which is constantly growing with the latest offers.
>> Are there colour variations between the product image and the original t-shirt?
Because not every customer at home has the same screen with the same settings, there can be slight colour deviations caused by the monitors and displays used, over which we unfortunately have no influence. However, we make every effort to ensure the t-shirts are true to the original and also as colour-fast as possible.
